Enterprise Application Implementation

End-to-end implementation of SAP and enterprise applications — scoped honestly, staffed properly, delivered to plan.

A good implementation is mostly decided before the first configuration screen: honest scope, the right team, and a plan that respects how your people work. We run implementations with those three things in place from day one.

Our teams cover the full SAP core — FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM — with ABAP and BASIS capability in-house, so functional and technical decisions are made together, by one team.

Our approach

  • Blueprint against reality. Design workshops run with the people who will use the system, not just the steering committee.
  • Build in visible increments. Regular playbacks of working configuration, with progress visible every few weeks.
  • Data taken seriously. Migration is planned from week one: mapping, cleansing, mock loads, reconciliation.
  • Cutover as a rehearsed event. Documented runbooks, rehearsals and rollback plans before go-live weekend.
  • Hypercare that stays. Structured post-go-live support that stays until the system is genuinely stable.

Typical engagements

  • Full-cycle SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One implementations
  • Module additions to a running landscape (e.g. Treasury, RAR, Group Reporting)
  • Rescue of stalled or troubled implementations
  • Integration of SAP with surrounding enterprise applications

What you can expect

  • A system your teams actually use, adopted with training and change support
  • Opening balances that reconcile on day one
  • Documentation and knowledge transfer your team keeps
